MINI PAK'R - PILLOW PAK
The new optional MINI PAK’R® PILLOW PAK Support Arm Kit makes this machine the most versatile product available. PILLOW PAK air cushion material is a btter choice than traditional bubble, foam-in-place, or paper for wrapping, lining and interleaving. The MINI PAK’R machine makes seven different sized air cushions for protecting shipped products.
The film meets or exceeds the ESD (Electorstatic Discharge) performance criteria of four established standards:
- EIA-541
- CID A-A0549E
- MIL-B-81705C
- PPP-C-795D Class 2
These standards have major ESD criteria:
– Static Decay: less than two seconds
– Surface resistivity: less than 1 x 1012 ohms/sq

The patented, air transfer technology in our quilted and PILLOW PAK® air cushions is proven to help reduce damage claims. The MINI PAK’R is ideal for small businesses shipping 1-150 boxes per day.
